Having been a resident of Summit County since 2005, Sarah is based in our Frisco office location at 400 Main Street.
A native of the Mornington Peninsula, south of Melbourne, Australia, Sarah's always had a love of Real Estate and the outdoors. Having enjoyed success in the property investment field in Australia, she met her husband Evin while he was on a ski patrol exchange program at Falls Creek Ski Resort in Australia. They moved back to his home in the Rocky Mountains where Summit County offers the best of both worlds – an amazing mountain lifestyle and a thriving Real Estate market.
Sarah's career has evolved over the years, starting in sales and marketing, but has always had the key component of strong client communication. Investing in Real Estate should be a fun and hassle free experience. Selling your home should also be a wonderful experience. Sarah will guide you through the process with a friendly yet professional approach and assist you in finding a dream home or selling the mountain home you’ve enjoyed with friends and family.
“Sarah brings a fresh perspective to our business along with in-depth knowledge of the local community and expertise of real estate in the area,” said Jeff Moore, Managing Broker of SSFRE.
As an avid mountain biker and skier, Summit County has become Sarah’s perfect fit. Sarah and Evin currently live in Silverthorne.
Please stop by the Slifer Smith & Frampton Office at 400 Main Street in Frisco.

"Sarah was a delight to work with and I would happily use her again in the future. We had very specific parameters and budget constraints and Sarah was excellent in factoring all our needs in and making sure we had the property we wanted, especially considering there wasn't a lot of choice in our budget."

"My husband and I purchased our property in Frisco in July of 2013 and used Sarah as our buying agent. We had such a great experience we knew there would only be one agent to use when we recently sold our investment property in June 2016. We were delighted we sought her expertise through the buying and selling process. Sarah is extremely professional, knowledgeable and went out of her way to show us places she knew would perfectly accommodate our needs. We appreciated that Sarah understood the complexities of the Summit County real estate market and she helped accurately determine the current market value and whether it would be a good investment, not only in general, but for us personally. The entire process of buying and selling dealing with Sarah was as stress-free as it can be, any questions were immediately answered and we had piece of mind when signing the final contracts. We have and most definitely will continue to recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Summit County."
